The Archive
The Thrilla Archive is a privately held photographic collection documenting the historic Ali–Frazier III fight in Manila on October 1, 1975.
The archive preserves a rare collection of original 35mm transparency slides and negatives documenting Muhammad Ali vs. Joe Frazier III – the legendary “Thrilla in Manila.”
The photographs were taken by Lowell Riley, personal photographer to Ali’s manager Herbert Muhammad, and capture one of the most dramatic fights in boxing history.
